DAY WISE ITINERARY

Day 01: Cochin to Munnar

Arrive Cochin. Meeting and assistance on arrival.
Proceed to Munnar. Munnar is one of the well-known
hill stations in India. Located in 1,600 m above sea level.
It is also known as the Kashmir of Kerala. On the way
you can cover Valara and Cheeyapparawaterfalls.
Check in to the hotel and after that visit Bloosom park
and Pothenmedu view point. (Other optional activity
Jeep Safari) Overnight stay and dinner in Hotel.

Day 02: Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast take a sightseeing tour to Munnar. The major sightseeing places are
Eravikulam National Park (Feb & March Closed) "where you get to see the endangered
NilgiriTahr”. Mattupetty Dam, Eco Point, Kundala Lake and Tea Plantation. Back to the
hotel after an exciting day. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 03: Munnar to Thekkady

This day after breakfast drive to Thekkady, reaching
there in few hours. Check into the resort and relax. Later,
proceed for a spice plantation tour. Explore wide variety
of spices in Kerala. You may also shop few varieties.
Travel by boat on the Periyar Lake (ticket not included)
to spot the elephants and avifauna for which this
reserve is well known. (If you have interest to watch
Kerala Marital Arts Kathakali and Kalaripayittu we will
arrange in the evening direct payment basis) Back to the
hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 04: Thekkady to Allepey

After breakfast, move to Alleppey. Is also known as ‘The Venice of the Earth”. It is the hub of
Kerala’s backwaters and is home to a huge network of backwaters and more than thousand
houseboats. The normal check-in time is 12.00 pm and check-out is 09.00 am. This day you
can enjoy the Houseboat Cruise (include : lunch, dinner and breakfast). Overnight stay in
Houseboat.

Day 05: Alleppey to Cochin

After Breakfast check-out from the proceed to Cochin
sightseeing.(Depending on Departure time) This
includes, Fort Cochin, Mattancherry Palace, Paradesi
synagogue, Marine Drive and shopping. Evening
drop you in the airport for your onward journey back
home, carrying wonderful memories...

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation.

• We shall proceed with your booking only after receiving your confirmation, advance payment, and subject to availability of the hotels mentioned.

• In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you and provide alternative hotel options. The package rate may increase or decrease depending on the selected hotel.

• If you are not satisfied with the alternate hotel options, the advance amount paid will be refunded.

• Your accommodation is selected as per your preference and budget. We do not have any hidden charges.

• In A/C Deluxe & A/C Super Deluxe category houseboats, A/C will be operational from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM only.

• Houseboat check-in time is 12:00 Noon and cruising is allowed till 5:00 PM. Thereafter, the boat will be anchored as per Government regulations.

• The above rates are valid only for the period mentioned in the package.

• Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner, extra adult, or child above 5 years not included in the package must be paid directly by the guest as per hotel policy.

• Balance payment should be completed on or before arrival. (Cheque and Demand Draft payments are not accepted.)

• A 3.5% card charge will be applicable for online booking and balance payments.

• In case of any unexpected bandh, strike, or natural issues, alternative arrangements will be made. Additional expenses incurred due to the same are not included in the package.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability, and the hotel may charge extra for the same.

Cancellation Policies: -

You are requested to make cancellation requests with valid booking details as per the defined policies before days from the travel date to claim the advance amount. Kindly go through the cancellation policy given below

Please be informed that the cancellation policy is applicable for packages booked with a minimum of 40% advance of the total amount. The cancellation charge applies in certain cases as it completely depends on the amount we might recover from the vendors like hoteliers and cab operators we patronize.

● For every cancellation, 20% of the advance amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge. The remaining advance amount will be refunded.

● If you are cancelling 20 days before the arrival the 20% of the advance amount will be charged.

● If you are Cancelling 20 to 10 Days before the arrival the 30% of the advance amount will be charged.

● If you are Cancelling 10 to 5 Days before the arrival the 50% of the advance amount will be charged.

● In case of 'No Show' or last-minute cancellations between less than 5 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the advance amount will be charged and no refunds are applicable in this case.
