Day 1 Arrival Bangalore to Coorg

• Our representative will pick you on arrival at Bangalore/Mysore Airport/Railway station/Bus stand
• Proceed to Coorg (260 Kms| from 5 - 6 hrs )
• The sightseeing will be covered as per the availability of time.
• Evening Raja's Seat , Madikeri fort
• Madikeri Tomb etc
• Overnight in Coorg stay.

Day 2 – Coorg Sightseeimg

• After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing
• Omkareshwara Temple
• Dubare Elephant Camp
• Golden Temple/Tibetan Monastery-Bylakuppe
• Abbey Falls
• Overnight stay in the resort.

Day 3 – Coorg - Ooty

• After breakfast Proceed to Ooty (260 Km | 5 Hrs 45 mins)
• Check into the resort and relax for a while
• Evening Ooty Lake and Boat Club will be covered as per the availability of time

Day 4 – Ooty Sightseeing

• After breakfast, Botanical Garden
• Rose Garden
• Wax Museum
• Doddabetta Peak
• Ketti Valley Viewpoint
• Over Night stay in Hotel at Ooty

Day 5 – Ooty to Mysore

• Proceed to Mysore (130 Km | 3 Hrs )
• Mysore Palace
• Mysore Zoo
• Brindavan gardens
• Mysore Rail Museum
• Overnight stay in Mysore

Day 6 – Departure

• After breakfast, Check-out and proceed for Bangalore Departure
• Sightseeing and shopping will be cover as per the your departure flight/train time

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation.

• We shall proceed with your booking only after receiving your confirmation, advance payment, and subject to availability of the hotels mentioned.

• In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you and provide alternative hotel options. The package rate may increase or decrease depending on the selected hotel.

• If you are not satisfied with the alternate hotel options, the advance amount paid will be refunded.

• Your accommodation is selected as per your preference and budget. We do not have any hidden charges.

• In A/C Deluxe & A/C Super Deluxe category houseboats, A/C will be operational from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM only.

• Houseboat check-in time is 12:00 Noon and cruising is allowed till 5:00 PM. Thereafter, the boat will be anchored as per Government regulations.

• The above rates are valid only for the period mentioned in the package.

• Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner, extra adult, or child above 5 years not included in the package must be paid directly by the guest as per hotel policy.

• Balance payment should be completed on or before arrival. (Cheque and Demand Draft payments are not accepted.)

• A 3.5% card charge will be applicable for online booking and balance payments.

• In case of any unexpected bandh, strike, or natural issues, alternative arrangements will be made. Additional expenses incurred due to the same are not included in the package.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability, and the hotel may charge extra for the same.

Cancellation Policies: -

You are requested to make cancellation requests with valid booking details as per the defined policies before days from the travel date to claim the advance amount. Kindly go through the cancellation policy given below

Please be informed that the cancellation policy is applicable for packages booked with a minimum of 40% advance of the total amount. The cancellation charge applies in certain cases as it completely depends on the amount we might recover from the vendors like hoteliers and cab operators we patronize.

● For every cancellation, 20% of the advance amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge. The remaining advance amount will be refunded.

● If you are cancelling 20 days before the arrival the 20% of the advance amount will be charged.

● If you are Cancelling 20 to 10 Days before the arrival the 30% of the advance amount will be charged.

● If you are Cancelling 10 to 5 Days before the arrival the 50% of the advance amount will be charged.

● In case of 'No Show' or last-minute cancellations between less than 5 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the advance amount will be charged and no refunds are applicable in this case.
