DAY 1 : Colombo Arrival / Colombo City Tour

• Arrive at Colombo International airport, Meet our local representative.
• Proceed to Pre booked hotel
• Hotel Check In
• Late proceed for City Sightseeing
• Overnight stay at Colombo

DAY 2 : Colombo - Pinnawala – Kandy

• After breakfast , Check out from Colombo Hotel
• Proceed to Kandy (4 Hrs. Drive 125 KM)
• Enroute Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage
• Arrive and Check in at Kandy Hotel.
• Overnight stay at Sigiriya

DAY 3 : Kandy Sightseeing

• After Breakfast, Proceed for Kandy Sightseeing
• Visit Kandy Lake, Temple of Tooth Budhist Monastery, Gems Gallery
• Overnights stay at Kandy

DAY 4 : Kandy to Colombo Departure

• After Breakfast, Check out and Proceed to Colombo
• Drop off at Colombo International Airport
• Fly back to Home town with Good Memories

PACKAGE INCLUSION:-

• Pickup and drop from Colombo Airport/Railway station/Bus station.
• All sightseeing, land transfer & inter hotel transfer.
• Driver’s batá, toll, parking, road tax and permit charges, fuel charges.
• Transportation as mentioned with an English/Hindi speaking friendly driver cum guide throughout your trip.
• Hotel Accommodation as mentioned with Complimentary breakfast (Except on the arrival day)
• Childs below 5 yrs will be complimentary.

PACKAGE EXCLUSION:-

• All Entrance fees for sightseeings spots and Amusement parks & Optional Activities charges
• Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges and all items of personal nature.
• Sightseeings points which are not mentioned in the itinerary
• Lunch and dinner are not included in CP plans.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner on X'mas & New year Eve if applicable.
• Any other services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation.

• We shall proceed with your booking only after receiving your confirmation, advance payment, and subject to availability of the hotels mentioned.

• In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you and provide alternative hotel options. The package rate may increase or decrease depending on the selected hotel.

• If you are not satisfied with the alternate hotel options, the advance amount paid will be refunded.

• Your accommodation is selected as per your preference and budget. We do not have any hidden charges.

• In A/C Deluxe & A/C Super Deluxe category houseboats, A/C will be operational from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM only.

• Houseboat check-in time is 12:00 Noon and cruising is allowed till 5:00 PM. Thereafter, the boat will be anchored as per Government regulations.

• The above rates are valid only for the period mentioned in the package.

• Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner, extra adult, or child above 5 years not included in the package must be paid directly by the guest as per hotel policy.

• Balance payment should be completed on or before arrival. (Cheque and Demand Draft payments are not accepted.)

• A 3.5% card charge will be applicable for online booking and balance payments.

• In case of any unexpected bandh, strike, or natural issues, alternative arrangements will be made. Additional expenses incurred due to the same are not included in the package.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability, and the hotel may charge extra for the same.

Cancellation Policies: -

You are requested to make cancellation requests with valid booking details as per the defined policies before days from the travel date to claim the advance amount. Kindly go through the cancellation policy given below

Please be informed that the cancellation policy is applicable for packages booked with a minimum of 40% advance of the total amount. The cancellation charge applies in certain cases as it completely depends on the amount we might recover from the vendors like hoteliers and cab operators we patronize.

● For every cancellation, 20% of the advance amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge. The remaining advance amount will be refunded.

● If you are cancelling 20 days before the arrival the 20% of the advance amount will be charged.

● If you are Cancelling 20 to 10 Days before the arrival the 30% of the advance amount will be charged.

● If you are Cancelling 10 to 5 Days before the arrival the 50% of the advance amount will be charged.

● In case of 'No Show' or last-minute cancellations between less than 5 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the advance amount will be charged and no refunds are applicable in this case.
